Disperse, Record Label Concept.

Project Type: Branding & Visual Identity
Client: Personal project

2

The brief was to create branding and identity for a record label designed to promote emerging artists at Primavera Sound Festival, Barcelona, including a collection of vinyl covers.

Since the artists to be represented are emerging and growing in the world of music, I used the concept of the seed to represent the activity of the record label - since its primary aim is to promote or 'disperse' the music of these new artists. From the basic concept of the seed, I also arrived at the naming for the label. I designed a dynamic logo, that could be adapted to whatever format it is applied to and that similarly represents the concept of the seed and the idea of growth, through its movement.
